WHAT I’VE DONE

Here are some of the projects I’ve worked on as your Councilmember:

• The roundabout at Century High School/Viola Road, three years in the planning and building and working with the County on this project, with significant input and support from the local community
• East River Road NE, listened to the neighbors, and after meetings and a traffic study, the city installed traffic calming measures
• At Goose Egg Park, a pilot program was implemented to assist Northrop School. This initiative successfully transformed one-way traffic into two-way traffic, offering a promising and effective solution to the traffic issue.
• Morris Hills Park Street calming
• Stone Point Drive traffic calming in front of the park
• Elton Hills Bridge replacement
• North Broadway rebuild, working with over 100 businesse and improving the infrastructure.
• Master Plans for both Silver Lake Park and Soldiers Field Park.
• Indian Heights Park funding for the informational kiosk.
• Upgrade the east shelter at Silver Lake Park.
• Removal of the snow dump from Silver Lake Park.
• Worked hard to have the Parks referendum pass and provide more funding for Parks in Rochester.
• Worked hard with the community to keep all four Golf courses open and have a funding plan that is sustainable and keeping the Historic Soldiers Field Golf Course open.
• Assisted in over 25 public informational sessions to extend Rochester’s sales tax for much-needed projects in Rochester.
